Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn, an American actress. Her most well-known character is Skyler White in Breaking Bad, an AMC Drama Breaking Bad, for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and 2014 in the category of Outstanding Supporting actress in the Drama Series. She has also played Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn began acting as a child at Sante Fe New Mexico. After that, her family relocated to Ohio in the United States, where she nurtured her love of the stage. She attended theatre classes through Northwestern University and spent a year in the British American Drama Academy. Anna started out in Chicago, working in theatre parts for a number of years. Then she moved to Hollywood and began acting in TV shows and films. Anna's first major role was Arden, in Down the Shore. She appeared on 29 episodes. As a guest-star, Anna appeared in Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. It was only in the latter part of 1990 when she landed a role in The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood for two seasons. Skyler played Martha Bullock in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully in addition to Deadwood was another movie she starred in. Gunn was a part of David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production that was directed by David Schwimmer. In 2022, Gunn was a part of a four-part audio-play podcast titled Numbered Days. Breaking Bad is often centered around the relationship that Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their strained bond and final break-up echoes the end of Walter White's life.
